Parties and account
These terms are between Adjira, a sole proprietorship trading as Adjira (26H, H Block, Punjab Small Industries Society, Lahore, Pakistan, 54000), and the person or company that creates an account.
Workspaces, roles, and agency use
An account owns workspaces. Owners manage billing and people. Agencies may manage client workspaces they are authorised to manage.
Acceptable use
Use Adjira only for lawful tracking. You provide your own notices and obtain any consent your visitors are owed. Do not track sensitive pages such as health or payment forms.
Plans, trials, billing, and taxes
Plans, trials, renewal, and cancellation are shown at checkout. Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle sells the subscription to you, takes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles customer service questions about billing, under its own buyer terms.
Prices are shown without tax. Paddle adds any sales tax, VAT, or GST that applies at checkout.
Cancellation and refunds
The free trial needs no card. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Once a paid period starts, it is not refunded, except where the law or Paddle's buyer terms give you a right to a refund. The Refund Policy has the details.
Usage limits
Each plan states its usage allowance. Going over it is handled as described in your plan.
Ad platform connections
Connections are read only by default. Where a change is made to an ad platform, a person confirms every write.
Nature of results
Risk and quality results are statistical estimates, not statements of fact about any person.
Data protection
We act as controller for account data and as processor for your visitors' data under the DPA.
Availability, liability, and termination

Changes to these terms
A material change is announced at least 30 days ahead and you are asked to accept it again.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore, Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This does not remove any protection the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
