Who sells the subscription

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment and handles refunds, under its own buyer terms. Prices are shown without tax, and Paddle adds any tax that applies at checkout.

Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14 day free trial. No card is needed to start it, and nothing is charged during it.

Paid periods

A paid period starts when your trial ends and you have chosen a plan, or when you subscribe without a trial. Once a paid period starts, monthly or annual, it is not refunded, in full or in part.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and is not renewed after that.

Your rights under the law

Nothing in this policy limits a right to a refund that the law or Paddle's buyer terms give you. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of making it, unless you have started using the service.

How to ask for a refund

If you think a refund is owed to you, write to us through the contact page or contact Paddle through the link on your receipt.

Changes to this policy

A material change is announced at least 30 days ahead.
