Who we are

Adjira, 26H, H Block, Punjab Small Industries Society, Lahore, Pakistan, 54000. Privacy contact: [email protected].

Two roles

We are the controller for account, billing, support, product analytics, and marketing site data. We are a processor for the visitor data our customers collect, under the DPA.

What we collect and from where

Account details you give us, billing details held by Paddle (our reseller and merchant of record, which collects payment details itself), usage of the product, support messages, and, only with your consent, analytics about marketing site and app use.

For our customers' website visitors we process, as a processor, device characteristics (screen, graphics, processor) used to detect fraud and link visits from the same device. They are kept only for the session's retention period, like the browser user agent, and never shared across customers.

Purposes and legal bases

Contract for running your account; legitimate interests for security and service improvement, balanced against your rights; consent for analytics; legal obligation for invoices.

Analytics boundaries

Analytics cookies are off until you accept them. Before that, the marketing site counts visits without cookies: Google Analytics in consent mode and Microsoft Clarity in no-consent mode. Global Privacy Control counts as a refusal.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted or anonymised afterwards, except invoices, which we keep as the law requires. [TO BE PROVIDED: retention table from the retention policy]

Recipients and subprocessors

See the subprocessor list. Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, also uses billing and payment details as a controller in its own right, under its own privacy notice.

International transfers

Transfers outside the EEA and UK rely on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
